Nordic Crestliner Sabre G/L

24' Crestliner in rough condition. This boat belonged to my father. The original engine went bad so he took it to the marina in Columbia City and had a new (not rebuilt) crate engine and new exhaust manifolds installed, $7,000 They started the engine with water muffs and all was fine so dad took the boat home. The next day he put it into the lake and when he tried to start it the starter would only spin but not turn the engine. He then brought it to my house and removed the starter to get it repaired but it was fall and time for him to go to Florida for the winter so we winterized it and it sat till spring. While he was in Florida he bought another boat so in the spring he removed all of the navigation equipment and installed in his new boat and so now here she sits. This boat has always had a non leaking good hull and never sat with water inside. The starter is missing. The engine, while having zero time on it, can not just have a starter installed and then started. But I don't know what will have to be done to make it ready to run. The engine still has antifreeze in it. Clear Florida title for the boat but no title for the trailer. Trailer tires hold air but are weather cracked, the spare looks ok.
