Up for auction is my 2013 21 NauticStar 210 F/A. It is powered by a 150 Yamaha F150XA series outboard with 150 hours on it.

Please take the time to look at the listing photos and see the great condition that this boat is in.

The boat comes with a 2014 Loadrite dual axle aluminum trailer. It also comes with an Icom VHF marine radio, Garmin GPS fish finder, S/S prop, bimini top, Fisher Canvas winter storage cover and custom summer covers. The dual batteries are always on a battery tender. Included in the sale are all the manuals I have, as well as copies of all servicing related receipts.

The 210 F/A was touted as the FamilyAngler as it is a versatile boat for both fishing, as well as family adventures- including tubing/water skiing. It has seating for 10, a ski tow bar as well as plenty of rod holders, cup holders, dual live wells and wash down. The front table and cushions can be easily removed and the unique aft deck doubles as a rear casting/fishing deck with 3-across seating by flipping-up the 3 jump seats. The front deck also doubles as a casting platform. When stowed in the lower position, the optional bow table makes a large casting deck or sun lounge when the optional bow filler cushion is added. In the raised position the table makes a comfortable place to have your lunch and a cold drink.

This NauticStar has been predominantly maintained by C&C Marina (see receipts). It has just been uncovered for the season and the motor was scanned on 4/28/20 and showed 150 total hours with no codes ever (please see photo of scan). The boat has a clear and free title in my name that is ready for transfer. The boat is currently located in Forked River, N.J. I am the original owner of this boat. It is in GREAT running, cosmetic and overall condition. Note that although the trailer tires have probably less than 200 miles on them, they are weather checked.

I Must receive a $500 non-refundable down payment via Paypal within 24 hours close of auction. This proves you are a buyer.

I MUST THEN RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 5 DAYS CLOSE OF AUCTION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!! I will accept payment in the form of cash in US Dollars or via certified bank check. I DO NOT accept personal checks ever.If you pay by certified bank check, I will not release the boat, trailer or title until the check clears. This may take from several days up to several weeks depending on bank policies. I have no control over how long it takes for your Cashiers Check to fully clear my bank. (I will not accept the preliminary bank clearance at my bank for boat release. It must be the final bank clearance where there is no claw back due to lack of funds or cashier check issues).

NOTE AGAIN: IF YOU PAY VIA CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, I WILL NOT RELEASE THE BOAT, TRAILER OR TITLE UNTIL I VERIFY WITH THE ISSUING BANK AND MY BANK THAT THE CHECK IS LEGIT, VALID AND PAYMENT HAS FULLY CLEARED. If you do not want to wait (days or even weeks) for the bank check to fully clear, then cash in hand may be considerably quicker.

STORAGE:

I will store the NauticStar boat outdoors for up to 14 days, if and only if, I am completely paid in full. However, I will not be held responsible for any damage to the boat/trailer while the boat is being stored if the transfer of title has taken place. Therefore, buyer will have to sign a release that removes seller from any liability of damage if title transfer has taken place and seller is storing the boat. I would strongly suggest the buyer purchase comprehensive boat insurance during this time period to protect their new investment.

SHIPPING RELATED INFORMATION:

Buyer is responsible for pick-up of boat and trailer from Forked River, NJ. I am not responsible for any type of shipping arrangements or any shipping related costs.

If you chose to hire someone to pickup the boat, I will make every opportunity to be available, or have someone else available, within limitations. That means that I will not be available at unreasonable times like 3:00 in the morning.(Dont laugh, I once had a car dropped off at 3:00AM by a well known car carrier company a few years back.)

NOTE AGAIN THAT ANY SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS WILL BETHE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW BUYER/HIGHEST BIDDER. I will not make shipping plans or pay for any shipping.
