2007 Nautic Star 2000 DC/OS 20 Foot Dual Console Low Hour Yamaha 4 Stroke F150

2007 Nautic Star 2000 DC/OS. I bought this boat roughly a year ago because my wife wanted a boat. In the year that we have owned it, I have put maybe 5 hours on the boat. It is in very good condition and is ready to ride. When I bought the boat, I had the engine totally serviced with new oil and filters in the engine, and the lower unit. I had the thermostat replaced, along with the impellor/water and the housing. All fuel and fuel/water separator filters were changed. I replaced all 4 tires on the trailer, and had the trailer rewired. These boats come from the factory with only 1 battery, so I had a second battery installed as well. I replaced all of the seats as shown in the pictures. I have receipts for all of the work that I have had done on the boat. Besides the seats (which were in bad shape and needed replacing), everything I have done is basically preventative maintenance. The boat runs like a dream, and the engine had roughly 170 hours on it when I bought it, so it MIGHT have 175 hours on it at this point. Live wells, bilge pumps, trims tabs and all of those items work perfectly. The Boat also has a Nautic Star Bimini top, that I do not have pictured.There are a couple of things that would require attention if the new owner desired. The speedometer does not work, but I never had this fixed as I just used the GPS. There are also supposed to be seat cushions in the bow of the boat. They were missing when I bought the boat, and I actually preferred to not have them as it left more standing room for fishing. I have a roll of blue boat mat flooring that I was going to install, that will also come with the boat. This boat is located in Bay St. Louis Mississippi, and will have to be picked up from this location.
