I have a beautiful 1971 28' Nautaline Houseboat COMPLETELY RESTORED from the ground up. Everything has been stripped from her to make her look amazing. This boat easily sleeps 6 with the ability for more if the helm underneath is finished. She's so efficient in her space as all of her sitting areas transform into sleeping areas. Two years ago, i put a new built chrysler 318 in her which now has just under 50 hours. Last year, I had the outdrive rebuilt (which lasted 42 years w/out service) so its good as new. I installed a newrooftop air conditioner in her last year as well, works great. This boat is a true beauty and i've pleasured restoring her. Give a call to come see the boat. I had a Nautaline 1972 model for 4 years, on the Chesapeake Bay. I started to replace the rear cleats and ended up replacing the whole back back end. When I got done I had put $800 of mahogany beams into the rear deck. When you went into the engine room it looked like a church ceiling. When I took the railings off I found the ants had made a nest and it was like mulch because of the way they encased a 2x4 in the gunnels. My friend who changed engines like we change socks wanted my 318 and offered me a 327 Corvette engine. He change the cam around to give me more tork and less rpm's and then added a 19" prop. It was like having my own ditch digger on board. I f I went aground on the Chesapeake ( read not if but when) I could dig myself out. My son recently moved to Corning ,Ny to work at the Corning Glass Museum and I am looking for a vessel to dock at Watkins Glenn so I can cruse the Erie Canal in the summer and winter at my place in Lewes, Delaware in the winter. I know the amount you have spent in this rebuild and appreciate the price you are offering it at. If The Tax Man does not leave me destitute I would offer a fair cash price.

Why does it it look like it’s needs to be restored again? Did you even sand and paint the Top deck, pant is flakeing off. looks like it was Renovated or Restored 25 years ago.

Top to bottom to make it look Beautiful? Is this a Joke or did you post the before pictures and left out the after pictures? Someone asked if there’s a generator ? Do you actually think the Generator would work! If you would have just sanded, primed, painted the Boat you would
Have Got 15k alone. The countertops are still from
1971, the cleats the Rub Rail, cockpit and engine throttles, the Windows, the toilet paper holder is original. Did you change the electrical panel and wireing?
