I have all paperwork for maintenance for the 2 years Ive owned it. Licensed winterization and spring commission as well as routine maintenance. The toilet is jammed and may need a rebuild ( estimated 500$) which I can take off the price. Other than that everything else on the boat works perfectly. Very powerful boat with the upgraded 8.1 engine. Boat has been in a high and dry since owning. Enclosure included but are weathered from previous owners but no leaks or serious rips.
