Monterey

2006 Monterey 322 in excellent condition. Boat is 36'3 LOA and 10'10 beam. Boat has been maintained by the marina with an open check book.Boat has 140 hours on the Volvo motors and they run absolutely perfect. Boat has XDP volvo outdrives that have been serviced every single year. I have a very strict maintenance process with them. Every year I replace gimble bearings and bellows. Two years ago I replaced shafts and had outdrives completely overhauled with new seals. I purchased the boat with 46 hours on it and have added 100 hours in 4 years with no issues. We average 25-30 hours per year.Boat has generator with sound shield and AC with reverse cycle heat.The cockpit offers built in wet bar with refrigerator and wrap around seating for guests, Seats are in excellent condition. Boat offers full camper enclosure in good condition, need a good cleaning.
