Very well maintained and upgraded. Kept on trailer under boat cover. Current owner since 2009. Mercruiser 5.7L V8 engine, rebuilt in 2013. Only 200.2 hours since. Mercury Bravo 3 drive with four-bladed counter rotating props added in 2015. Upgraded instrument panel and instruments in 2013. Lower refrigerator replaced in 2015. Jabsco, electric flushing toilet added in 2014. Underwater LEDs added in 2013. Rubrail replaced in 2017. New trim tab actuators replaced in 2018. Bravo 3 drive rebuilt in 2018. Brand new Venture trailer purchased and included in sale in June 2018. Includes VHF-transmit/receive radio installed in 2010 and Garmin GPS/depth finder/ fish finder added in 2013. All sinks work and drains work. Hot water heater produces exceptionally hot water. Shower works flawlessly. Flatscreen TV / DVD player installed in cabin. Exterior vinyl seat covers replaced in 2014. Blue led cockpit lighting installed in 2013. Original microwave mint condition and rarely used. Electric/alcohol burning stove. Sony FM/AM/DVD stereo with installed wired remote and wireless remote. Three batteries- two constantly wired in, the third as a spare. Two are Brand New this week, the third is a year old. New Bimini top as of 2016. This is seriously a great boat-meticulously cared for, with everything working properly-very hard to find.

I did just find one minor issue with the boat. The port side, aft window(portlight) has a crack running through it. These are plastic windows. It apparently just developed a crack over time and does not seem to leak water. The partis easy to replace if you find the right window that fits.
