Her 125hp Isuzu diesel givesthe boat an 8 knot cruising speed at 2-3GPH.Originally built in 1957 in Monterey, CA, she was brought to Seattle in 1979 by her current owner, a Seattle boat yard operator. In 1980-81 her decks, cabin and bulwarks were removed and replaced by what you see today. The new decks and cabin are heavily constructed and extremely solid to this day. At the same time, any suspect planks and structure in the hull were replaced. Since then, the boat has been lovingly maintained by her owner and his shipwrights and it shows.Diamond is turn key and waiting to continue her journey with you at the helm.
