It was a fresh water boat that was winterized annualy and kept in his heated garage for the winter. From 2015 - 2016 I had the boat in dry stack storage and in the summer of 2016, I had the bottom painted and have kept it in the water. The boat gets washed every 2 weeks and detailed annually (complete 10/2017). The bottom gets cleaned and zincs get inspected and replaced every quarter. I recently had to replace a bad tachometer. As of 10/2017, it's showing 0.0 hours, but the boat has 231 hours on it. I can provide verification from the tech that installed the tach when he had his laptop plugged into the engines computer. In 2015, I had a local company install (to ABYC standards) the Westerbeke generator (186 hrs) so we could have A/C while not on shore power. Although they did a fantastic job making it look like it was installed from the factory, I spent a fortune ($18K). Hindsight is always 20/20... It's been a fantastic boat for us - hopefully this boat fits you and your families needs.Let me know if you have any questions.-Chris
