I have full paid title for boat and trailer and the boat is registered through 2023 in Wisconsin. (I will not accept personal checks or trades.)For sale is my 1999 Misty Harbor 18ft pontoon boat with a 1998 Mariner 40hp 2 stroke motor with oil injection motor (no mixing oil/gas) and a 2018 Wolverine 22ft trailer. The boat also comes with basically everything else you need for your full boating experience. This boat has been in my family since it was purchased new in 2000. There is normal wear and tear (dings, dents, tears, scratches, etc) that matches the age of the boat but overall, for the boats age the boat is still in good condition and very good working order. This boat is low maintenance all ready to go with everything you need to get out on the water tomorrow. The newer 2018 trailer with front stairwell also makes towing the boat and getting in and out of the water easy. My SUV towing capacity is apx. 2800-3500 pounds and I tow it and in and out of water with no problem. If I were to estimate the boat has been used boat maybe 15-20 times a year mostly for short summer cruises. The boat has been well maintained and winterized and summarized every year including winter indoor storage.The last 3 years the boat has been stored inside and mechanically maintained at my local marina in Waterford, WI. The marina just completed in May 2022 a new full custom cover, marine battery, replaced and recovered several of the seats and I added a new 9-gallon gas tank. The marina also in May 2022 completed a full mechanical summarization including water testing and evaluating the boat and gave the boat the all good to go. I have a copy of the receipt with all information. I took the boat out on the lake on June 5th, 2022 and the boat and trailer worked perfectly. The boat is the great cruising boat if you are looking for a nice day out on the lake.Included with the sale of the boat is all the things you need to take the boat out on the water tomorrow. The boat also comes with a replacement propeller, Bimini top, heavy duty swim ladder, quick move bumpers, emergency paddle, expandable rope tie downs, gaff, life jackets, two-person towable tube and all towing gear. I dont have the seat but the Swivil-Eze seat mount is ready for you to add your choice of front deck fishing seat.The few things I can think of to mention the horn does not work and could need to be replaced or fuse issue. (We use a hand horn which is satisfies Wisconsin boating laws.) The steering could probably be tightened but this doesnt really affect the boat and we use it exactly the way it is. The boat has a live well for fishing which we have never used, and I do not know if it works.Overall, this boat is in good condition and has been well maintained and cared for. This is a low maintenance boat that comes with everything you need to go out and spend the entire day on the water tomorrow. The 2018 newer trailer makes towing and getting the boat in and out of the water a breeze.I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. Just be aware if you are a nautical or mechanical expert I am not. The boat is located near Wind Lake, WI in storage for showings.
