Avery good condition Mercury 135 HP outboard made in 1970 . NO major broken parts or damage to the lower unit , goes into forward ..reverse ...and neutral fine . Starts up but has a short in the negative wire and smokes ....comes with original wires and distributor . Rewire and clean carbs etc or use as a good lower unit and block ! Comes with good mercury original controls and tachometer .
