Mel Hart / Teka 202

This is an 89 Teka cuddy that I have owned for about 4 years. It is in good shape for the year. The haul has the usual hair line cracks in the gelcoat near the corners of the top rear area and the gelcoat needs buffed. The rear seat cushions are showing wear. Also the steering yoke is not 100% water tight(typical on all old volvo penta steering setups, lets some drips into sump area). The floor is solid. Area under captains chair is reinforced due to screws stripping out. Back to back seat is brand new. Cushions in the cuddy are in good shape. Oil changed every year. I have put a good deal of money into this boat. It was my first boat and I didn't know it had some issues. I did full tuneup when I got the boat. Installed new cap and rotor, plugs, hiperformancewires, fuel waterseparator, and oil in crankcase/outdrive. Last year the waterimpellerand ignition was changed to electronic ignition, also fuelseparator. The major issues that I just fixed were the "PSD" bearing (gimble bearing). Also I found water in the driveshaft bellow. So there is new input shaft seal, universal joints, driveshaft yoke,exhaust and driveshaft bellows. Thermostat was also replaced. Boat starts right up and runs well. Can let prospective buyers hear it run on muffs at house. Boat always stored covered. Battery is about 2 years old. Trailer is an 89 Load-Rite roller trailer.
