This is a Fresh Water Boat with Low Hours !! A great family boat ! The Maxum 2700 SCR has a 9'8" beam which provides a very spacious boat for a 27 footer with a nice cockpit area and large, well equipped cabin. Beginning with a roomy user friendly cockpit with facing rear seats and a triple helm seat. This folds down to provide a nice sun lounger. There is also a convenient cooler built in as well as a transom shower washdown. The spacious cabin has two large hatches on the top deck and several smaller hatches on the side of the cabin which allow a lot of light into the cabin. The hatches all open and have screens for good ventilation. The galley is nicely equipped and provides plenty of storage and the booth style dinette offers seating for 6. The forward berth is good sized, the dinette converts to a sleeping berth, and the mid cabin berth is one of the largest in this class. The enclosed head also provides nice room for a cruiser of this size and is complete with a shower and a hot water heater. The boat has a bimini top, cockpit cover and a full camper top. The Camper top has only been used for one season. The boat has had regular service each year and comes with a tandem axle trailer with a new winch in 2014.
