We're getting ready to sell our 2003 Maxum 2700 SCR Cruiser Yacht/Boat with every option you can think about fitting on a boat this size. We've reduced the price and are selling it "as is" - and I'll get some more photos loaded shortly - but here is an opportunity to get a very nice sized boat on Lake Norman for the summer. I'm listing it here first to see if there are any interested parties before we clean/detail it and list it on other sites. I WILL GO UP THIS WEEK AND TAKE ACTUAL PHOTOS OF THE DECK AND CABIN SPACE. I've upgraded the stereo and gauges and compass, nav lights, etc...2004 Mercruiser 6.3L with twin bravo outdrive. 350HP and will do about 40-45 on plane. 500 hours, but we basically "putt" each weekend to a restaurant on the lake, so the RPM never really go over 2K. My wife hates going "fast"... 4.5hz Westerbeke Generator (running, but needs new backend) - estimate cost about 2.5K total repairs.Exented swim platform with P handles and folding ladder.Radar Arch Dometek vaccuflush bathroom system and holding tanksAC system (needs to be recharged) - estimate about $600.00Needs annual cleaning - 1K (we will be providing that ourselves before sale)Carpet inserts for upper deck and full canvas curtains. Needs new isinglass installed, but otherwise what we use throughout the winter.Windlass works, but needs to be configured for a battery system, as the factory wiring is not large enough for the current/pull. I've had estimates of $300.00 to configure for proper wiring. We take this boat out every weekend and it has never given us any issues. However, we are selling this knowing that the generator, ac and windlass, carpet and isinglass all could use some work done. In total (repairs), it will be around 4K once done. This boat NADA values around 35K with the options we have - selling it to move into a bigger boat for our growing family.

Questions
Is your boat still for sale?
I am interested but live quite a ways away. (kitty hawk, nc)
Is the trailer included and would it be road worthy of a trip to the east coast via a trailer ride?
Thanks!
Troy
How long have you owned it? What work needs to be done on it? Condition of batteries? Tell me about the inboard motor and maintenance. Thanks
