For sale is a 1998 maxum 30ft cabin cruiser boat is very clean but it is a project as it has been sitting for a few seasons and we have recently taken it on lien we now have a clean title and are seeing if there is any interest before it gets tucked away and we will go threw it in the spring boat was winterized and still has pink in the lines there is NO TRAILER included or available however there is a ramp on location and we should be able to transfer trailers or arrange transport I will try to list out everything we know Exterior 8.5 or 9 out of 10 Hull is in great shape shines well no damage or big scratches or stress cracks there is one smallSpot at the front that was either fixed or had gel coat issues that I will include a picture of it unless your 3ft away you would never notice with a fresh coat of bottom paint the outside is ready to go Engines,drives,generator The boat is powered by twin 5.0 mercs and bravos 2s with a westerbeke Generator Both outdrives are in decent shape with good u joints clean shafts and turn with no issues and are currently stored inside one drive does have a small chip in the cavitation plate but nothing to have to replace both should be pressure tested and serviced but usable The generator will start and run on carb cleaner and portable tank but will need full service such as impeller oil change ect The engines have had the plugs removed and new starter on starboard engine both turn over by the starters however one plug is broken on port motor and it turns somewhat slow will probably need a starter as well the plug should come out with manifolds removed however one of the original reasons it came to us was needing manifolds and risers as well as both impeller pumps and one raw water pump visually they look good but untill they are serviced and get some heat into them they are as - is Cockpit 5/10 The cockpit seating is probably the biggest issue with the boat when they put it up and got it wrapped they left towels on the seats which with moisture appears to have stained them we have made no attempt to clean them short of soap and water however they appear soft and supple and our prime candidates to be vinyl or paint coated in my opinion The dash is pretty clean but will need a new compass and a new steering wheel as the fake wood has peeled along with a few rocker switches and covers Canvas 6.5/10 Full camper top appears to be there with no cracks or tears just slightly dirty however the Bimini top is dry rot from being left up and will need to be replaced also the side windows have brown where the poles rub which I will try to pictureCabin 8.5/10 The cabin is extremely clean the freshwater system has been winterized it has heat and AC very nice kitchen and dinette large aft cabin and a large bathroom Any other questions or pictures feel free to ask freshwater system air condition and fridge are untested due to being winterized and the time of year fuel in tanks should obviously be drained but according to gauge is empty or very close it boat will also need one trim pump and I do have the trim tabs that are removed but are bent overall this is a decent project that will have a lot of sweat equity when you are finished chuck phone
