Up for sale 1991 maxum 23' aft cabin cruiser, great reliable boat. Needs a few odd and ends fixed but nothing that would keep you from using the boat right away. Comes with custom built 70" shaft Minn-Kota i-pilot 24 volt trolling motor with remote control and quick release ( I have over $1200 invested in trolling motor alone ), has working fresh water system with sink, toilet, and shower. Also has working transom shower and water heater. Electric alcohol stove and fridge works great. Tires all have good tread. Brand new 3 bank battery charger, 4 batteries, new alternator, starter, belts, plugs, plug wires, and macerater pump. New 4.3 Mercruiser engine last year (Runs perfect). Full enclosure in nice condition. 2 beds sleeps four people. Known problems include a missing trim tab pump, Roof leaks around skylights, steps on trailer need new carpet ( one step came off when I blew a tire last summer, see pics ), drivers seat is broken and has some rips.
