The perfect Cruiser, Liveaboard or Florida Keys weekend getaway! This is a lot of boat for the money. 2015 Survey lists NEWreplacement value at over $900,000.

Classic "Flush Deck" design requires less than 14' clearance allowing passage under most bridges while closed.

Refit during 2015 includes new wood floors, full-size washer & dryer, 4-burner stove, double sink, and cabinets. Sleeps 4 - Master stateroom sleeps two with unbelievable closet space and private bath with full shower. Front V-berth withtwo additionalbunks anda2ndbathroom with shower. Less than 1000 hours on rebuilt engines, which run great. All systems have been checked and repaired or replaced.Custom swim platform, recently installed aluminum window frames, new GPS, batteries, anchor line, etc.Onan generator in good running condition. New spare props. Survey was done in June 2015 including oil samples for engines, transmissions, and generator with no surprises, Boat was hauled when we bought her that same month and we had bottom cleaned and painted, including running gear. Sides were also compounded and waxed and two new bilge pumps were installed. New zincs were installed.($6000) Bottom has been cleaned by divers every month since. All filters have been replaced and two new batteries were installed with all new cables and switches. Starboard starter and fuel pump were replaced. Vacuflush toilets were repaired including new main pump. ($900) New Garmin GPS was installed. ($1200) Two new refrigerators were also installed. Custom underwater exhaust, new swim platform and new windless were installed by previous owner before our purchase. We added 150' of new anchor chain and 200' of line. ($1200) All portable fire extinguishers were replaced. Smoke alarm & C02 detectors were installed. Safety flares were replaced.

Includes 2 anchors, new spare props, ($4000) original Matthews dock box, (installed on bow) spare parts, fenders, VHF radio, FM/CD player, compass, barometer, and front cushions with canvas cover.

Marine AC unit in main salon was replaced with portable household AC to increase efficiency and cut power cost. AC unit in main stateroom will need to be replaced soon. AC unit in front bedroom works excellent.

This vessel was purchased by us for use as a liveaboard and to cruise to the Florida Keys. It is perfect for this purpose or to restore to it's original condition by one of the many Matthews lovers which we have heard from.
