Mastercraft X-15 SS

We are selling our 2008 X-15. Its the SS edition with 144 hours. Minimal time in brackish water (previous owner), otherwise freshwater only in Utah. Most of the saltwater evidence is on the trailer.

Clean & clear titles for boat & trailer in hand. New trailer bunks, bunk carpet, tires & electric brakes last year. Full service with impellers (including new ballast impellers), oils, etc. when they winterized it (at the MC dealer in SLC). Additional ballast piggybacked & properly plumbed (2x 600# sumo sac in rear & 2x fat sac in front). Push button start. Dual batteries with Perko switch & battery tender cables. Perfect Pass GPS cruise control.

Indmar Vortec HD 5.7L, 350 MPI MCX inboard V-drive engine. Galvanized MasterCraft 2-axle trailer w/brakes, aluminum MasterCraft rims, spare tire, swivel tongue, & removable side guides. Clarion stereo w/JL Audio subwoofer, 2x JL Audio amps & 4x JL Audio cockpit speakers w/ tweeters. Wakeboard tower w/ bimini, 2x swivel racks (hold wake & surf boards), 2x JL Audio speakers with tweeters.

Includes two props: OJ 845 (heavy / high altitude) new last year & OJ 522. Both are good with no issues. Also includes original navy blue MasterCraft cover.

Interior is original and totally serviceable. There is a split seam in the center rear sundeck / engine cover stitching. NADA Blue Book is $43,465 - $49,645.

Previous owner was ridiculously rich & lived in New York. It was at one of their vacation homes & saw saltwater there.

Its the X-15 SS. SS stands for Saltwater Series. That means it has stainless steel parts, closed-loop cooling with antifreeze, freshwater rinse port for the motor, etc. These boats are made to run in saltwater. Unlike the non-SS versions that would be running saltwater through the engine, the closed-loop system works just like your car (antifreeze).

Interior is original, so it doesnt look brand new, but all of the seating surfaces are good & comfortable with no notable rips, etc. The only split seams are on the center sun pad (over the engine). I bought some faux teak gator step like stuff to recover it like the new boats, but never got around to it.

If you see our boat, Im sure it will be the one you want. Super low hours, great seating layout, and lots of fun for all 3 big water sports (plus tubing). It has been our favorite boat and we wouldnt be selling if I wasnt so busy!
