Mastercraft Prostar 190 Barefoot

Mastercraft prostar 190 competition ski boat , low hrs. 766 . I've had this boat since 2001 and never had any problems. link to see it run on Youtube is https://youtu.be/2vI3Dno6wrU , I just turned 59 and it's time to let someone else enjoy it . Runs good and will pull up multiple large skier's at the same time on slalom ski's in deep water. The speedometer's don't work and hasn't since I've owned it. I allways go by the RPM's . There is a small cosmetic crack in top part of the rear hull that's been there since I've owned it. The carpet could stand to be glued back to the engine cover. The altenator bracket looks like it was fabricated. It's been that way since I bought it and hasn't been a problem. The tread on the trailer tires is good and the spare hasn't been on the ground. The 4 blade prop is nicked up but doesn't present a problem.
