1976 Marinette Sedan Flybridge 32 !No Reserve - Priced to sellYou are looking at a large boat that could be your second home on the water, at a fraction of the cost of a waterfront property!
This spacious 32 foot cabin cruiser with flybridge sleeps 6, has an enclosed head (rest room) with shower and sink, built in air conditioning, wrap around dinette,
and a well appointed galley with refrigerator, stainless sink and two burner stove.
The salon and cockpit area can accommodate a fairly large group of people. It has two working helm stations with complete controls and a GPS electronics package.
The boat has twin 318 cubic inch Chrysler Crusader engines and the hull is made of marine grade aluminum, known for its toughness and corrosion resistance.
The company that made this boat originally made aluminum parts for aircraft and had years of experience before entering the boat building market.
1800 of these boats were built so the online forums are active and provide a good source of information whenever needed. This original model cost up to $170,000 new

I am looking to sell the boat quickly to help pay for another semester of college for my daughter and will be happy to show proof of that statement to any buyer.
I did not plan to sell the boat when I bought it but life changes and I have to do what has to be done. My loss can be your gain! I'm also selling off some of my favorite
vintage motorcycles, so please reference my classifieds board ID from time to time in the upcoming future!
Please read these details carefully! The boat includes a bill of sale, reassigned NVDC Certificate of Documentation, information sheet with history (as known) and all parts, equipment and documentation.
The boat resides in fresh water just off the Potomac River at Buzzard Point beside Ft. McNair in Washington DC, but I can deliver the boat almost anywhere within the Chesapeake and its tributaries,
for $2 a mile (plus gas). The boat can remain at the marina but the new owner will be responsible for the $450 a month slip rental.
But please note, slip rentals are available elsewhere for less than $2000 a "year" and I will be happy to point you in the direction of some good ones.
I also include hands on instructions regarding the boat details, maintenance and starting procedures and then answer any questions you may have.
Free winterization. Once the boat is located in its new home (or remains in the current marina) I will winterize the boat at no cost. This includes flushing the engines and water tanks and adding non-toxic antifreeze.
Fuel stabalizer and water absorber will be added to the fuel. The oil in both engines will be changed with a high quality synthetic motor oil and the carbs will be fogged.
Ok, now for the down side. This boat is not perfect and needs some work. The boat is almost 40 years old and has minor imperfections through-out. The hull and structure of the boat are in great shape and the boat is water tight. No problems there.
The right engine starts and runs fine, but the left engine had a head gasket leak and I'm in the middle of replacing the head and manifold gaskets. I'm also going over the engine top to bottom. I am almost done. I hope to have the engine running in the next day or so. I will update the auction with some pictures when the work is done.
I'm also in the middle of wood replacement on the boat. I was looking to replace the ceiling with rot proof PVC beadboard ceiling panels (lookup "boat, beadboard, ceiling" for an idea of how it looks). And I have a friend who
was going to recover the inside cushions. But at this point, the ceiling work will not be done, although I would be happy to cover the cushions for you with the material of your choice if you pay for or buy the material yourself.
Also, the last main issue with the boat is the soft deck floor of the rear cockpit. Simply put, it needs replaced. I will be happy to do the work for free or can
put $500 towards the materials, if you choose to do the work yourself. I was looking for a rot proof synthetic wood, but would simply replace the decking with
marine plywood painted with epoxy paint if done for free. All of these items can be finalized after the sale of the boat.
The boat is being sold "AS IS" and "where is", and does NOT have ANY warranty or ANY gurantees of any kind. Sorry no refunds! The buyer is required to make a $500 non-refundable deposit at the end of this auction. Serious bidders only!
I have done my best to describe the condition of the boat but have not highlighted every minor imperfection. I'm also sure there are probably issues I have not yet discovered. Please contact me with any questions BEFORE you bid.
