• With the Flybridge and air in the tires the boat is a height

  of 15'

• You will need to remove the Flybridge to transport the boat.

  With the Flybridge removed the height is 12' 7"

• As far as furnishings, it comes with all the standard

  Marinette amenities which include kitchen sink, propane stove/oven, microwave,

  built in mini fridge, and a half bath (toilet, sink) but I believe it could be

  plumbed for a shower in the bathroom or on the back of the boat.

• We found one hour gauge in the dash of the boat that had

  155.9 hours on it. From the best we can tell the owner was installing new

  gauges that didn't keep track of hours but he had hours wrote on the inside of

  the dash. He wrote down that the Port Engine had 128 hours, and the Starboard

  Engine had 142 hours. The boat probably has only 300 hours total.

  have Used Tires and Used Rims that we would sale for $300.00

make no guarantee that the used ones will be good for long drives.***

This boat has not been in the water for around 8 years.The former owner also started and owned "Jamestowner House Boats" and knew what he was doing and was prepping this boat for "The Big Loop" and unfortunately passed away. The boat was completed and was in the water running, but as stated it has sat for a long time. Because of this the boat will need some tender loving care but BOTH ENGINES FIRE and the boat is water ready!It has a full kitchen, bedroom and a half bath. The boat is spacious enough that if you wanted you could install a shower but it currently does not have one.The boat does come with a CUSTOM TRAILER and NEEDS NEW TIRES. If purchased you will need to purchase tires or we can give a quote for tires and have it done for you.ShippingYou can come pick the boat up or it can be delivered right to you! If you choose for us to deliver the cost will be $3.00 per mile driven so if you live 100 miles away you will be charged for 200 miles.
