Marinette

28 foot Marinette, all aluminum boat so it will not rot or rust. Single Chrysler 318, closed cooling system (antifreeze, just like a car), runs good (1985 engine). Lots of work done to woodwork and upholstery over the last 4 years. Stainless galley and bathroom countertops. Just added flybridge, but not currently functional. This boat did not come with a flybridge, I just added for the extra seating. There is a bench seat that goes up there (included), or you can use a couple of folding chairs like we do. Could use bottom paint job and topside. All railing bases are stainless and brand new. The bases for the handrails are original and all rechromed as of last year. All canvas is 4 years old. Has a battery charger so you always leave dock with fully charged batteries. 120v Uline refrigerator, working toilet and sink. There is a Dual Stereo system. We submit to XM radio, and it is great. Easy on gas, which is nice. Swim Platform on the back is made out of oak wine barrels, most are aluminum, this is unique. Trailer is a converted farm trailer, but has title, and new tires. Currently on trailer, shrink-wrapped at Brians Marina, St. Joseph Michigan. Not a perfect 47 year old boat, but a lot of the tough stuff has been done for you! As you can see from interior photos, there are still a couple side panels to cover and reinstall. I have those panels. There is a table that goes in between seats below, also 2 small tables that go into back deck. Ladder that goes up to flybridge. Please ask any questions you may have. Plenty left to do on this boat, but certainly you can just dock it and start using!
