The boat is 26' long (not including the swim platform) with a beam of 10'. The hull and superstructure are made of welded aluminium so it is relatively light at 4,200 pounds. It has a single 318 Chrysler. Cruising speed is 18-20 mph. The wood decking and hatches in the cockpit are dry and rot free. The bottom plating is in good condition with minimal pitting, I bought this boat 4 months ago where it sits now in heated storage in Nunica, Michigan. I have not personally operated this boat. The previous owner stated that the motor andtransmissionran fine and there are no known issues with the electrical system. There is shore power hook up and a shore power cord. Manual flush toilet with pump out. Fresh water tank with manual pump faucets in the galley and head. The refrigerator will run off of shore power or the boat batteries. There is a color Garmin GPS included. The boat currently sits on a Continental tandem axle bunk style trailer. The previous owner had the trailer serviced with new axles installed, new tires and wheels and the surge brakes serviced as well. The trailer wiring is inoperable so there are separate magnetic lights and harness included. The boat would need the usual annual maintenance such as oil change, fuel filters changed and maybe a fresh coat of bottom paint. There is alot of room in the bilge for easy access to the motor for maintenance. The engine I was told was installed in the 70's and the hours are unknown the previous owner said there was no issues with the engine or transmission but suggested it might be time for a tune up. Canvas is 3 years old and in excellent condition. Hull side paint looks good, topside paint is fair and could use some touch up. Again, I have not personally operated this boat so I am going off of what the previous owner told me. Please keep in mind you are bidding on a 52 year old boat, it is not new and like most old boats it will require time and effort. Please don't bid if youexpect a show boat. That being said it looks to have had proper care and maintenance throughout its lifetime. Storage is paid through Mayl so the winning bidder will have to remove or assume storage fees after June 1.There is NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES of any kind. I live 3 hours away from the boat so showing it during the auction is not a possibility and unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the engine or trailer. A recent back surgery and a long work schedule is prompting this sale. Bidders with any negative feedback or less than 10 feedbacks will need to contact me or I might cancel the bid. NO RESERVE auction. Good luck, it's a cool little boat! There is apassenger seat in the cockpit that is not shown in the pictures that matches the helm seat. The dock step that is shown in one picture that is in the cockpit does not come with the boat.

Questions
looks like a neat little boat, is it still available?
Hi, my husband and I are seriously looking at this boat from the new seller, but he says he never got the trailer with it. Our question, do you still have the trailer and is it for sale. Also, anything you could tell us about the boat would be greatly appreciated. The new owner doesn't seem to know a lot about the boat. Thak you, Laura
Is your boat still for sale? Is the engine operable?
still available? Please email

Is the boat still on the for sale?
I am interested in your Marinette, Is it still for sale?
Philip,
I have owned this boat for a few years now. It had sold 2 times since it was in Nunica. Its in winter lay up right now but we are usually docked in the Detroit river near Sinbads. I plan on keeping it for a while but your more than welcome to contact me. I also have a buddy who has a 1963 30' Marinette, kinda rough for sale.
