A spacious family cruiser in good condition except for port engine needing replacement. A new marine engine can be purchased for about $2500 plus shipping and installation by a boat yard. We are getting out of boating for personal reasons and prefer to sell "as is". The boat sleeps 4-6 inside. See pictured layout illustration and features list. Note that couch seating on starboard side was replaced with armchairs. Private forward cabin hascloset and lots of storage. Salon also has a closet and storage beneath built in sllleating. Large sliding windows provide plenty of light. All of the cabin is one level. Unique built in bench seat on foredeck allows 4-5 to enjoy the view while cruising. Full topside canvas with screens provides more entertainment space. Some seats convert to loungers. Many improvements: Air conditioning, Optima batteries (3), new battery charger 2016, new Delco HEI distributors 2016, new Holley electric marine fuel pumps 2016, new port throttle cable 2017, new engine thermostats 2017, replaced V-drives 2006 with upgraded type, new impellers 2017, rebuilt aft deck 2017, installed improved aft deck drainage 2015. New camshaft, lifters, timing chain and sprockets on port engine, but, due to heavy oil leakage, I think a total replacement is needed. The port engine was rebuilt around 1993 by previous owner, and it runs well, with compression on all cylinders well above 150 psi. Included are 6 adjustable jacks for winter storage, do you do not need to rent any. Also, many spare parts: carb rebuild kit for Rochester Quadrajet 4MV, spare VHF antenna, water separator filter, fuel filters, impeller and gaskets, engine belts, ignition coil, distributor cap, ignition module, solenoid, bottom paint. Plus 2 boxes of partially used maintenance products. The boat is currently in water in New Buffalo, Michigan, but will go into winter storage in LaPorte, Indiana if not sold. This boat has been a family joy for us for 23 years, and we hate to give it up.
