This vessel was used as a Live Aboard by my parents since 1998 and my father was meticulous about maintenance. That being said, it is an older model boat with beautiful wood interior and has set unoccupied since my father passed away last year and is offered "As Is, Where Is." My brother-in-law lives a mile from the marina and visits weekly to run the engines for a short period and check things out.
