IMPORTANT: This vessel should be considered as a project boat for an experienced handyman. It is a well equipped and 100% functional boat but which needs some fiberglass repairs (humidity has been detected on part of the keel, some stringers are delaminated and there are some spots on the flybridge). The engine is in great condition and has been maintained regularly (log book provided). This Ford Lehman engine is extremely reliable and will burn about 2 gallons per hour @ 2200 rpm (7 knots). The original steel fuel tanks have been replaced with composite tanks (65 gallons each). 50 amps Hitachi alternator. The updated electrical system is comprised of 2 4D deep cycle batteries as the main bank and one deep cycle battery as the backup bank. There is also a separate bank of 2 deep cycle batteries dedicated to the fridge and one starting battery for the engine. All the batteries have been replaced in 2018 and 2019. Marine charger for 3 battery banks plus an echo charger for the staring battery. There are also 2 inverters for AC power while at anchor.
Electronic equipment: bow thruster, 2 Garmin GPS, Si-Tex autopilot, depth sounder/fish finder, 12v/120v fridge (new in 2019), VHF, a sound system with 12 speakers and a sub-woofer providing music everywhere on the boat, 3 bilge pumps, intercom between the cabin and the flybridge, many USB outlets, Danforth anchor with 125' of chain.
The interior is all teak giving it a warm vintage feel. 360 windows bringing lots of natural light. Lots of storage throughout the boat and in the bilge. Many renos inside: new floor, new galley counter, new bathroom with electric head and shower. The front cabin has also been completely retrofitted. Two 45-gallon water tanks plus a small 5-gallon tank for drinking water on a dedicated system with its own pump, charcoal filter and faucet. Propane stove with 3 burners and propane BBQ in the cockpit (new in 2019). Can sleep 2 people in the front cabin and 2 in the saloon on the L settee. The other settee can also be used to sleep one adult or 2 children.
