Marine Trader 34 Foot Double Cabin

Not sure about the hours on the engine. Did not see counter for that but I would think there is one on board. Has not been hauled for bottom clean and paint in a couple years. There is some softness in the starboard deck below the main cabin entry door. The port settee of the main needs new plywood on the horizontal surface. There are some loose parquet tiles in the main saloon going into the aft cabin, but are complete. Bright work need to be brought up. There is a section of rub rail that needs to be replaced, apx. 8 inches starboard side where it was damaged and the boat needs a good cleaning and general maintenance. Over all, superstructure and decks are solid,but it has been neglected for a while. The fuel tanks appear to be stainless steel or aluminum, I haven't checked which. The engine is the original to the best of my knowlege. Starts up readily and runs smoothly. It has an automatic bilge-pump and take on very little water. Transmission and steering work well.
