2000 Malibu VLX The boat currently has 875 hours and will continue to go up as I will be using it regularly until sold. I am unsure why the 2 hour meters show different hours. It could be that the 795hours is more accurate but I don't know. I purchased the boat in April of 2015 with approximately 709 hours and have had absolutely no issues. I have a clear title for both the boat and the trailer.I put a complete new interior in it this past winter including all the vinyl and flooring. It looks fantastic. New carpet was only installed in the boat in the side pocket drink holder areas and the engine cover to help with sound. All the rest of the carpet was removed and replaced with a deckadence type mat in the main area. Another type of matting was used in all the storage areas and is a light grey color and can be seen in the photo next to engine. I wanted it to dry quickly even when covered. Seadek was also installed on the bow area and rear top sides of boat to make it safer when entering and exiting at docks. The exterior is also in excellent shape and the fiberglass has a nice shine to it, I have seen boats that are 2 years old that look way worse than this one. When the interior was redone I also pulled the tower off and had it sandblasted and powder coated because it was starting to peal. It now has a better than factory finish. There are 2 board racks that can be seen in the photo, I have them currently mounted on the same side, but they can be moved easily if desires. The Bimini top attaches to the tower and provides a nice shade area, but is still high enough not to hit your head when walking around. It is approximately 1 year old. Boat also has a Stargazer/GPS Perfect Pass that is fantastic and really is a marriage saver! All other gauges work great except the analog tach. I was told when I purchased the boat that they disconnected it when the perfect pass was installed to use the wiring so that the tach in the perfect pass would work. I have no way to confirm, but I do know the tach on the perfect pass works great. The original depth finder was going out and was replaced with a Hawk brand since I could not find a factory original replacement. The Floating Wedge was added as soon as I purchased the boat and was installed by the local Malibu dealer in May of 2015. I also had 4 pop out cleats installed to make it easier to tie off at a dock.I also have a nice 2 piece cover that is not shown in the photos but still in great shape and can be left on when trailering if desired. This is a great boat for slalom skiing and yet can still put out a good surf wave if desired. I included a picture of the surf wave which shows about the average height and length with normally have. I have only started using this boat to surf this summer and have actually only went 2 times. Usually I just ski and pull the kids tubing or knee boarding. The boat will pull a surfer with the wave pictured above and still reach a top speed of 45mph with the Bimini open and 4 passengers and gear as seen in the photo.Boat has Factory MLS with a bag in the ski locker that works great. I also have a sumo bow sac and 2 fly high 750lb sacs for the rear locker along with 2 tsunami 1200 pumps to fill and drain. This stuff has only been used a few times by me and is all in great shape. I was planning on plumbing everything in over this winter, but it has not been done yet. There is also Wicked Wake surfgate for each side that attached to the platform for surfing.Trailer is galvanized that a previous owner painted black. It looks decent and pulls great. It was rewired this spring and lights were replaced with LEDs. The tires are new last summer and are light truck tires, which is what I install on any of my trailers when possible because they seem to hold up much better for me. They probably have less than 2000 miles on them. There is also a new spare on a wheel that is mounted to the trailer. Trailer does have surge brakes as well.Only issues with the boat that I am aware of are the paint around the windshield frame is starting to flake off and I was planning on fixing that this winter. The rub rail definetly has some wear and tear if you look at it up close. It has been this way since I purchased it because I always use bumpers if pulling up to something. It isn't noticeable from 5 feet back but I want you to be aware of it. Also in 2 spots there is some very minor surface gelcoat spider webbing along the rub rail. Again the only time you notice it is when wiping the boat down from a couple feet away it can't be seen either. It is hard to even photograph, I can try again if interested, but the ones I took today didn't show it.Prospective purchasers are encouraged to contact me with any questions or to come see it. I am willing to show it anytime and can take a serious buyer out for a test drive if ready to purchase. Boat fires right up when cold, and all day long. I really wasn't planning on selling it when I had all the interior work done, but things change. It looks really sharp in the water and on the trailer. I am only selling because I want to upgrade to something a little bigger.I also have this listed locally so it maybe pulled at anytime. I maybe willing to do a buy it now for the right offer if someone is ready to buy and start using it immediately.
