Up for sale is my 2004 Malibu Wakesetter 23LSV with Trailer. The boat has 223-Hours and is in Excellent Condition. Below are around 100 Hi-Res -photos showcasing the condition both inside and out. I have also listed a short video showing Start-Up, Idle and light revving. The boat has spent 98% of its life inside a garage. As such the Gel Coat is in Excellent Condition with a very deep shine. The Interior is also immaculate with minimal wear on the Vinyl, Upholstery and Carpet.
This boat was top of the line in 2004. I believe it has every available option including Perfect Pass, Pop-Out Cleats, and the highly sought after Hammerhead 380 engine (largest engine option available). Boat comes with the Rear Table, Center Windscreen, Boat Cover, Original Manuals and Keys.
The boat has Four Factory Installed Ballast which are integrated into the Hull. This includes Two in the Stern, One in the Belly, and One in the Bow. Additional fat-sacks can be added into the rear storage compartments if desired. It also has a Power Wedge which can be lowered to increase displacement and create an even larger wake.
The stereo on this boat is insane. It includes Six Eclipse Two-Way Speakers, Two Vector Skylon Tower Speakers by Wet Sounds, and a Subwoofer which is Seamlessly integrated under the Captains Kick Panel. Two powerful Crossfire Amps power the entire stereo system which connect back to a Bluetooth enabled Head unit.
The boat is equipped with the Illusion Wakeboard Tower including two wake-board racks (one on both the Starboard and Port side).
There are two minor blemishes on the Gelcoat worth noting. One is on the Port Side just in front of the Malibu Decal. The other is on the bow just above the Anchor/Trailer Eye-Hook. Both of these are considerably minor and can likely be repaired for a small cost. One of the Wakeboard Racks is stuck in the cruising position. I havent had it repaired since boards can easily be loaded, however it appears to be a simple fix. I also noticed the rear ski pylon is stuck in the down position. Im not sure whats causing it to stick but it likely needs to be lubricated to allow free extension. There is also a very minor scratch on the glovebox door where a 1/16 section of vinyl is torn. A small dab of superglue should resolve the issue. Last thing to note is that the rear ratchet straps integrated onto the trailer no longer self retract. The new owner may want to have these serviced or replaced. Please keep in mind that the photos below were taken in my driveway during a sunny day. What may look like a gelcoat blemish may likely be a reflection or shadow. If you have any questions or desire additional photos just let me know.
Its been a difficult decision to sell the boat, however with a growing family and hectic work schedule it makes sense. Since I only used the boat once last season I had my mechanic take it for a weekend to assure everything is mechanically sound prior to sale. He performed an oil change, changed the spark plugs and issued a clean bill of health. I also had the trailer serviced last year which included new brake pads and repacking of the bearings. With this said I am selling the boat and trailer As Is with no warranties expressed or implied. I will accommodate a private inspection from a local dealership if desired. The boat can also be shrink wrapped prior to shipment for an additional cost.
