• If you are out of the state of Oregon, it is your responsibility to

  contact your titling agencies prior to bidding or buying. Every state may

  have different titliing laws. We will supply you with the necessary

  paper work to title your boat / trailer in the state of Oregon. Any

  additional paperwork required by your state will be provided upon

  request.

  the manufacturer, if any Mel's Marine Service, Inc. hereby makes the

  following disclaimers: (1) buyer excepts the above-described goods in

  their present "as is" condition; (2) except for warranty of the

  manufacturer, if any, the entire risk as to the quality and performance

  of the goods is with the buyer; and (3) if the goods prove defective

  after purchase, the buyer, and not Mels' Marine Service, Inc. assumes

  the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

About Us:

Mel Lemmon founded Mel's Marine in 1977 as a family-owned marine business on Barger Drive in Eugene, Oregon dedicated to boat repair and service. He got his son Paul started into the business right away, and in 1996 Paul and his wife Sue bought the business from Mel. In 2003 we started to sell new boats, as well as maintain the high quality service that their customers had come to expect.

In 2005 we grew again by purchasing Rich's Marine on HWY 99. We moved the new boat sales to that location and maintained service at the Barger store until 2007, and we combined both service and sales into the HWY 99 location until the new stored was finished in October of 2008. We now have a state of the art Marine Dealership that was designed around service and sales. We offer service on all makes and models of engines even most older ones, including Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo, Mercury, Mariner, Force, Johnson, Evinrude, Yamaha, and Nissan.

We have a beautiful indoor showroom, and a terrific supply of marine accessories. Our parts department is the largest in Lane County and we pride ourselves on having most service parts in-stock to make the service turn around time as quick as possible.
