2005 Malibu Sportster LX - 202 Hours

I am the second owner of this boat. I have all of the original documentation that was provided to the first owner including the sales invoice, owners manual, Indmar operators manual, Extreme trailer documentation with maintenance instructions for the trailer buddy axel system. I acquired the boat with 69 engine hours in November of 2017. It now has 201.8 hours on the engine. (see picture). The oil, oil filter and the air fire retardant air filter were cleaned at 198 hours. The boat features an Indmar 320 hp multiport fuel injected engine, a Galaxy (gps) perfect pass, depth finder gage, hot/cold shower system, color matching Bimini, four pop-up mooring cleats, a two axel Extreme trailer with a foldable tongue, a teak swim platform and an Alpine six-disc sound system with four working speakers. The Malibu came with a one pin collapsible wake board tower, which I removed, but still have and will mount and sell separately if the buyer wishes to have it. It is note-worthy that Malibu sells a wake generator device for this boat. It is manually installed through a door built into the swim platform. The cost of the wake generator is approximately $1,000.There are few flaws on the boat as it has been well cared for. I have included in the picture log, the flaws Im aware of. They include: a small tear in the vinal on the left rear gunwale and discoloration, caused by rubbing of the boat cover, on the tops of the back seat. I have applied fabric paint to these areas but I cant find a matching color. The JD Powers NADA value guide for this boat with a wake tower and wake rack is $31,070. My sales price is $26,000 without the tower and rack and $27,000 with tower and rack.
