Given it's age, this vessel is in wonderful condition. Needs minor cosmetic repairs, mostly dealing with resealing ports and hatches. Water tanks need to be replaced. Solar Panels not installed, nor is the included Inverter (3500 watt running), blades on wind generator need to be tightened. These are ALL the issues this boat has. Not much to deal with considering the price and the fact that it RUNS GREAT.Camp stove, no oven. Has shore power cable. Refrigerator works on shore power until inverter and solar panels are installed.

II have spent too much in travel showing this boat to tourists who have no intention of actually purchasing. That is the reason for the AS IS WHERE IS SALE.water tanks need a deep clean or to be replaced. We used 7 gallon jugs while attempting to remove the tanks. I was in the midst of this project when we stored the boat.
