For sale is my Mainship 34 trawler. I purchased it locally two summers ago as a pandemic project. Two weeks after I took possession my job changed and all the free time I slated for working on this boat dried up. It is, obviously, a project. I intentionally didnt wash the decks because I didnt want it to look too good in pictures. There is a good amount of work here, but for someone with some skill, you can have a boat to do the loop with for not a lot of money. It runs and drives well, the 200 hp Perkins starts immediately and runs awesome. I work on diesels for a living and this may be my favorite engine. The interior has mostly been gutted. The cover for the v-berth cushions are there and have been laundered. They could be reused with new foam or as patterns for new cushions. The carpet has all been removed. I replaced the head last summer and have a new shower sump for it. (Pictured in galley photo) I acquired a used bow thruster motor for it which comes with the boat as well. The domestic water works well. All of the gauges and electronics on the bridge helm are shot. I have not tried to fire up the autopilot control, so I dont know about that, but the course computer is gone. The steering ram for the autopilot is still installed. I have an a/c unit I got with the boat and was told it works but, have not confirmed, It is included (pictured on the aft deck). The hull is in really good shape. It doesnt even have 50 coats of old flaking paint on it. The aft deck will needs some attention as it has some soft spots in the middle. The battery charger is there and works well. The boat currently has a group 31 starting battery and 2- 6v batteries in series for the house. I believe the fridge only works on DC right now. I had the boat in the water last October. The boat was originally from MA, but has been in WNY a while now and is largely unsalted. I was going to take it through the Welland canal to get it closer to my home, but the day I was heading to the canal when thunderstorm popped up and chased me back to Buffalo. The canal closed for the season before I had another chance to move it. The photo of it at night in front of the silos is from last fall. None of the fenders or lines are included, as well as any other gear or items pictured that are not mentioned in this listing. There is a large hardtop that mounts to the underside of the radar arch. I have it and it is included, I never planned on using it personally. The boat is located and can be viewed at RCR Yachts in Buffalo, NY. The boat can be shipped if the bridge is detached and set on the foredeck, this is how it was trucked to Buffalo. Its not a terrific amount of work actually. The bridge just bolts down on top. I could have this done by the marina very reasonably. Please ask lots of questions, I am happy to answer all of them.
