I moved to Seattle and need to sell my boat. I found 12 boats like mine for sale around the country. They range from 40k to 79k. It is now on the hard at Sunset Harbor Hill marina. Bottom looks good. I have addition pictures in my phone but unable to load. With 714 hrs on the boat and new upholstery on the bridge the boat is in much better shape than when I bought it in Cleveland in 2005 for 55k. This is the floor plan that has a V berth and large salon. No rear stateroom. Comes with a dingy on Weaver davits. 2 radios 2 GPS's and a flow scan meter to keep track of fuel burned. Buffed from the deck up. Nice and shiny but now outside in the weather. Covered slip at the Kenlake marina run around 4800. My 50 ft slip is paid until the end of the year. Windlass works but is weak Starboard transmission just started to leak Koller generator doesn't run 16 ton heat pump works 2 8 ton do not.
