61 OEWNS cabin cruiser was in salt water moorage forabout 40years! NO ROT anywhere....built from solid Phillipine/Honduran Mahogany and plywood which is no longer available anywhere. Someone at dock told me that the wood alone is worth 7000 dollars but I don't know about that....good V8 flagship motor100 miles on rebuilt block, . nice upholstery and interior very clean right now on trailer (brakes do not function on trailer) good tires on trailer. does not have skybridge cover with tarp right now
SMELLS GOOD inside, took floorboards off cleaned inside of hullverygood and is very nice inside. Cut out head and toilet area it is ready to go back together or not have it at all.....bed on starboard side folds into nice table. NO LEAKS IN HULL NO ROT recently painted hull and topside. I boughtt this for 4000 dollars in year 2000 put lots of time and money into it as you would guess.... if you buy it, you must tow it out of where it is in Redmond, Washington and towit home to a new life....could be a live-a-board if you want it to be that is what I bought it for but never did live on it. will need some time to get ship shape, I would guess 40 man hours...Lots of spare parts like propshaft and props and seats...Started to reupholster the floorsdid not finish...wanted to make skybridge with solar panels I will never get that far with it I don't think
Very rare classic mahogany boat with hull in mint condition....
