Lyman Custom

For sale is a very rare, all varnish Lyman. This 1941 19.5 foot Lyman was one of only 33 ever made over a 3 year span and didn't even have a proper model name... it's simply identified as "custom" by Lyman. Most of the 33 were painted, unlike this all varnish version. Most all Lymans are painted, making it a rare find. Being pre-war , the boat is planked in Cypress instead of Douglas Fir marine plywood you see in most wood boats. 120 hp Chrysler motor was sent to Michigan and redone in 2001 with very few hours on it since. New automatic bilge pump installed this year tied to its own second battery for extra peace of mind. Very little water intake. Only two small planks have ever had to be replaced- extra cypress planks pre-cut will come with the boat. Currently in the water and ready for all your cruising plans. Serious head turner in and out of the water! Currently nameless waiting for its forever home.
