1973 24' Lyman Biscayne (Fiberglass)The goods: Has been a great and reliable boat for family, fun, and fishing the last 6 seasons on Lake St. Clair. Clear title. Registered through 2021. Has newer seats, steering, alternator, battery, bilge pump, exhaust risers, and engine heads. Chris-Craft 307Q engine. Bimini is 1 year old. Runs very smooth. Aluminum fuel tanks (2 X 35 gal). Everything pictured comes with. Field trailer included.The bads: Soft spots on foredeck near air inlets - supports weight, just a little soft. Previous owner repaired port stringer - unsightly, but structurally sound. Discovered some water in oil after winter storage - runs fine, but not sure what broke. Could be condensation, could be worse - I do not have the time to figure/fix and new boat has arrived.Located in St. Clair Shores, MI.

Additional notes:

The 'newer seats' referenced above are the helm seats. The other cushions are older but still usable.The green cockpit cover (not the bimini) is full-length in fair condition - maybe a couple more years left in it. Also, it's a dual post cover so you don't get the puddles in the corners.The 'field trailer' mentioned above should be OK for slow trailering. I wouldn't recommend highway speeds it you plan on using it for transport.Please be aware that if deposit is not paid within 24 hours of auction end, the boat will be relisted.
