Gem is a 26 ft. Lyman Cruisette. Her engine is a 260 hp Crusader Challenger V8. The engine has been meticulously cared for and professionally serviced. It was pulled and rebuilt in 2009. The hour meter shows 348 original hours. The engine performs beautifully. Gem spent her first 45 years on Lake Erie where she was built. She was boat house kept the entire time. She is in beautiful cosmetic condition and will Pass the most stringent of surveys. A new stainless frame, Sunbrella top, side curtains and aft cockpit cover were installed in 2017. The flooring, kitchenette, sink, ice box, storage compartments, dinnette with table and seating for four is all original and in excellent condition. Gem has spent her last four years housed inside in the Winter and at the Toms River Yacht Club during the summer months on the TomsRiver in Southern New Jersey. De Rouvilles Boat Shop has looked after Gem. It is one of the finest wooden boat facilities on the East Coast.
