Restoration completed as of August of 2014 by professional Lyman Restorer:
Mechanical:
V6 Crusader 229 cubic inch inboard (Yr: 1983)-removed & rebuilt, transmission rebuilt. New crusader blue paint.(Complete listing/description is available-too much to listeverything)
No hours after rebuild other than water test byrestorer.
Engine block model # 165 w/4 brl carb (removed & fully cleaned)
Bilge cleanedsanded &painted w/Lyman sand tan while engine out.
One engine log replaced/installed.
New Ryco Aluminum 35 Gallon gas tank with sending unit.
All new wiring & fuse panel, battery cables; All new hoses and lines to engine & gas tank.
Dual battery set up withwith switch (only have one battery at the moment)
New Sahara bilge pumps at bow & stern. New bilge blower.
New steering cable. New horn.
Prop shaft turned, New packing at rudder & shaft, new cutlass bearing.Hull:
Hull stripped above & belowwater line.
New stem at bow.
New lapstrakes where needed. (one above water line at stern, two below water line)
Two coats lead primer paint below waterline w/ Micron black paint.
Topside faired with 3 primer coats & 2 finish gloss white.
Transom sanded & varnished.
New teak swim platform with stainless brackets.
New engine box with sound insulation.
New full Mooring Cover with easy snaps.Comes with 2005 Continental Dual axle Trailer. Its not a Loadmaster but the bunks are where they need to be for off season storage.So remaining items to be 100%: Deck and benches need to be stripped &varnished. Wiring tostern pole is new but Idon't have a stern pole/globe.
