This beautiful 1960 Lyman 19' Inboard has been restored top to bottom, stem to stern, and the engine was rebuilt. This boat was donated by the late Mark Kelsey to the Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Club of Fort Worth, TX last November if we would assemble and finish the project with the net proceeds going to Mark's favorite charity, Snowball Express, a charity benefiting military orphans. Mark owned this boat since 2004 and completeda few projects before becoming ill. This boat has a custom teak deck installed in the 1980's that would cost $10K to do now. We found chrome wrapped in newspaper dated 1985 so the boat has been in dry storage 30 years. No rot and the hull is dry.All frames and planks are in great condition. Hour meter shows 150 hours. The Graymarine 109 HP flat head six runs like a sewing machine and was rebuilt in the 1980's and not used since but was professionally prepared for storage. No oil or water leaks and the manifold is solid. The bottom was professionally reefed, caulked, and painted last month and is very dry. Here is what the club members did over 150+ donated man hours: Assemble the boat, interior seats, assemble the engine box, mount steering wheel and shifter, clean and paint the gas tank, paint the hull three coats of Easypoxy white over primer, install all rebuilt engine accessories, carb, generator, starter, water pump, fuel pump, blower. Running lights work as well as new bilge pump. The floor boards are covered in new Nautoleux vinyl. The bilge was painted. The upholstery is in excellent condition. New throttle cable. We also mounted all newly chromed hardware, rebuilt and painted the trailer with new coupler, winch, lights. Varnished the interior ceiling boards, windshield, and transom. Oiled the teak deck. New waterline. Original bimini top. The prop and shaft are in good condition with no issues. Boat comes with cover, Lyman ditty bag with Lyman ballcap. An instant classic ready to be enjoyed now. This boat can be insured for $20-30K value.

This boat was the club's 4th project boat to be restored. All previous boats sold for maximum value and some members who worked on this boat have 25 years experience restoring wood boats. This was not our first rodeo. The results speak for themselves.
