This is a very desirable sport fishing boat with running Yanmar Diesel Engines. The bottom paint is in good condition and overall the hull and fiberglass in great condition. The Cabin looks good too. This can make someone a great fishing boat with some work. It even has a fighting chair. Outriggers seem to be in good shape. Both Engines run strong and transmissions shift manually. The generator needs replaced. Please note: This boat needs work to be ready to go fish. I would do the work myself but I do not have the time. I found out the boat had been submerged bow first and that water had got into the cabin up to the counter top in the galley. The water also got into the engine room up to the engines. I am not sure how high the water got on the engines but I did find out within two days the engines were Pickled (process that preserves engines to save them when water has got to them). The pickling was done by a professional ship yard in Tampa. I was told the generator was ruined and not working. Water was in the engine compartment and in the cabin, so I am sure there are some electrical issues that need to be addressed. The electronic shifters on the engines are not working at this point, and I was told the previous owner was having issues with this before the boat took on water. The really Good News is in May of this year the Alternators and Starters were changed. New Cranking Batteries were installed. The Oil was changed (Engines were Pickled /Preserved by a professional Ship Yard) and the engines cranked. They run strong and shift well (manually). (Please see Videos). The old diesel fuel was removed from the tanks in case of water intrusion. New Bilge pump was installed. The Hydraulic steering seems to be in good working order.Water reached the electrical in the cabin and engine compartment so it needs to be gone over before being hooked up. It does not appear that water reached the main electrical load center in the cabin ceiling or the helm wiring. Water did get to a lot of the wiring in the engine compartment. For this reason the engines were cranked from the engine compartment. Also, the ship yard advised that the engine shifting and throttle be refitted with cable controls because of their reliability and low maintenance. This will have to be done before the boat can be moved by water.I drove down to take pictures and videos of the boat. The boat structurally and cosmetically is in great shape. Tower and fly bridge is in almost perfect condition although the very top canvas is missing. The tower, fly bridge, and outriggers have been removed for transport. While I am sure the cabin took on water, it is in amazing condition, considering. The woodwork still looks good, and it was hard to actually tell that water had been in the cabin. Everything was solid, and even the plywood panel cabinet parts that water usually damages first were in good condition. Even the cushions are in descent condition. The only signs of water I found were the utensils in a couple drawers were rusty, and a couple drawers were hard to open at first. The carpet was a little dirty and could be replaced, although even that is not necessary. The only thing I can figure is the boat was pulled from the water within a day of taking on water otherwise I would expect to see a lot more damage or signs of water intrusion. The boat looks great, and I wish I had the time to work on it. We live in Maryland and getting her home has been troublesome and costly. I may still do this if it does not sell, because it would make a great fishing boat with some work. My loss is your gain.I have tried to describe this boat to the best of my ability. I do not want anyone to be surprised by the condition of the boat.In May of this year: New Alternators New Starters New Cranking Batteries were InstalledIf you have any additional Questions Please Call or Text Cliff at phoneBuyer is Responsible for all shipping and storage costs starting at the end of the auction. The boat is currently dry docked and it can remain dry docked for the buyer for $10 per foot per month.I reserve the right to end the auction early the boat is for sale locally.** Please note this boat is being sold As Is as I have said in the description there is a good bit of work to be done and it is in no where near perfect condition** The condition is reflected in the price and please read description fully before bidding. The boat has potential but it will take some work to get there. Thank you.
