Luhrs Double Cabin

Selling my Luhrs 36' widebody cruiser. This is a very rare yacht and certainly worthy of restoration. Making her even more valuable is the twin Perkins turbo diesel engine and zf gears she has!. I am selling her at no reserve and if the buyer only wants the engines, removal can be arranged on site. She is currently on the hard at a cost of 150.00 per month.

Hull is sound with no damage anywhere. Perfect props and shafts. Cabin floor and aft wall is rotted about 2' from the step down to the main salon. She is SUPER roomy and a great cruiser . 14' beam

Engine conditions are; port engine turns through and is complete with compression. Stbd engine has not been turned(just spins on pulley) Gen set has not been checked, it too is a diesel unit. Vessel has not taken on any water, but had fresh water build up to the bottom of the starters then drained from the side thru-hulls, so the engines have not been under.

She looks crappy from sitting but has great bones. Hour meters are under 800.Has head,partial galley and one cruiseair a/c system in place. She can stay as long as the storage is paid,in advance, monthly. Located near Martin state airport , Essex md.
