You are looking a Downeast Profile Luhrs 30 Alura. The vessel is powered with Twin 318 Chryslers. The engines run Superb with no vibrations. The boat was used in Lake Erie to transport people to Rattlesnake Island. This boat was owned by one of the owners of the Island.

The cabin does need cosmetic work and updated. The floors need to be refinished and the headliner may need to be replaced with its current stains.

The exterior needs a complete detail with some upholstery work. The boat is currently in the water.

The Alura 30 has a full-keel that is great for fishing, diving, day tripping or weekend cruising. The cockpit measures a spacious 110 square feet in size, and the scooped area as the transom allows for easy access to the water. With her high freeboard and good nonskid, the cockpit is secure for kids. A pair of adjustable chairs are forward, and molded-in fish boxes and a bait well were standard. Helm visibility is very good and the windshield can be opened for ventilation~a real plus in hot weather.

The wide side decks are notable. With 6'4" of headroom, the interior of the Alura 30 is easily capable of comfortable weekend cruises. There is an enclosed head with shower, a full galley with sink, pressure hot/cold water, and alcohol stove.
