I am selling my 2008 Lowe Roughneck R1652VT. I just finished doing a remodel that includes- New 12V battery (on existing onboard battery charger)- New tires with used spare- New control panel with USB charger and 12V outlet- New bilge pump- New fuel line and primer bulb- New trailer LED lights all around- New bottom trailer bunks, carpet, brackets- New wiring to bilge, nav lights, and existing LED bow light bar- New hydro turf on front deck- New paint (sanded all surfaces, cleaned with acetone, aluminum primer, 2-3 coats of finish coat. Parker Duck Boatpaint for all, high quality marine paint, leftover paint to go with boat)- New heavy duty keel welded on bottom of boat, and reinforcing welded on hull under front deck by Black Dog Welding out of Keysport, IL, quality work. I hit a stump during duck season and dented the hull and bent the keel, they pushed the dent out and removed the entire old keel and welded in a new heavy duty one with reinforcing so it won't dent again.- Rebuilt lower unit including new prop shaft, bearings and seals, impeller/water pump, lube etc (>1 hr on it). Done by Sowell Outbord Service in Pontoon Beach, thorough job everything that showed any wear was replaced.- Rebuilt stainless prop- Two monster rod holders installed for catfishing/trolling, or used to stick some trees in for duck concealment- Two additional clamp on rod holders not shown for the tubing on the sides, holds two more rods really well- Garmin Striker fish finder not shown but goes with boat if wanted- Seat pedestal mount up on front deck-12v Foot controlled trolling motor. It is old but works, I just never really used it so took it off, but will go with boat ifwanted- Tolling motor mount and plug up front- Also included is a beavertail boat blind for duck or goose hunting. This blind is 2 years old, can be put on/off by one person easily, no bolts or screws, is grassed up with raffia grass. It hunts two or three guys easily. Blends in great, comfortable. It folds down to the port side, and I run ratchet straps around it to the tubing on the side so no movement on the highway. The side bars also work great for attaching Texas rigs to so they don't fly out. It's really awesome and good use of space, you can pile a lot of decoys in along the side and keep them tied to the rails, and have the center of the boat clear for walking- Bow storage for anchor etc, storage under front deck for life jackets etc, and the rear port side pod is another storage compartment. Tons of storage for a wide open floor plan makes it a great hunting or fishing boat- Starboard pod contains the ~6 gallon gas tank- Transom has a extra plate welded on it for reinforcement incase a mud motor went on it, but that never happened- Motor is a 2003 Mercury 25HP 2 stroke. Great motor, pull start, choke it and it fires right up every time. Very reliable and as stated above lower unit was just gone through by certified mercury mechanic and seal, prop shaft, bearing, impeller were replacedThere is some diamond plating on the front of the trailer for a place to stand when launching/trailering that comes in handy to keep dryThis boat is a duck killing MACHINE. It about makes me sick to sell it, but I have a bigger boat for more people that I use almost all the time now, so can't justify keeping this one. It has hauled me, two buddies, 4 doz duck and 2 doz goose decoys plus gear and blind on the Mississippi, Missouri and surrounding lakes. Drafts very shallow and has the kick-up on the the motor so if you get shallow and hit something or drag on the mud it just tips up and protects itself.I'm sure I forgot something so if you have any questions shoot me a messageBuyer to pick up.
