LONESTAR

Up for sale is a CLASSIC aluminum bodied runabout boat. The body on this boat is in GREAT CONDITION. The outboard motor controls and steeringare COMPLETE AND INCLUDED. Also included is the ORIGINAL TRAILER. The trailer is complete but in poor condition. Also included is the original MERCURY outboard motor. It too is complete but in poor condition. This boat is prime for restoration or, just to get running to enjoy on the water. I've had the boat for about 5 years and when I first got it ,I checked out all I could about it. It's about a 1953 LONESTAR aluminum boat made in Texas. I found all sorts of original literature about it .It'ssteering wheel is in very good condition with no cracks and still has the OPTIONAL hull drain port in the back. This classic would look great polished up and going down the water. Just look at that ROCKET CLEAT on the front !

You can use an outboard like original or this would be a great candidate for a JET JOHN with a jetski drivetrain installed. You can search the internet for more information on these great conversions.

I do have a period correct GREAT RUNNING and STARTING EVINRUDE 33 hp motor I can include for a little extra. The twin hose tank is included with this motor. The motor is ELECTRIC START and starts right up and runs fine. This is for local pickup only and I can help load. I have a small reserve placed.
