Larson Thunderhawk Jr.

This auction is for a Classic 14' fiberglass runabout boat. It is a 1959 Larson Thunderhawk Jr. The boat has a 1960 40hp Johnson outboard motor and a tilt trailer. The boat has a canvas top, battery, fuel tank, speedometer, original steering wheel and a "Bo'sun" control setup. Included with the boat is a wood paddle, a couple of older style life jackets, a Clymer Johnson outboard motor shop manual, an original Larson boat sales brochure from 1959 and copies of registrations from California, McCall Idaho and the current one from Nampa Idaho. We bought the boat in 2015 due to it's classic style to tow behind a pickup we have from the same era. At that time, the boat had a new top and upholstery done, plus the motor had been tuned in 2014 per the seller. He was not able to run it at the time. We bought it as is. We have never put it in the water, removed the battery and fuel tank then kept it covered for protection. As the old truck is still a work in progress, we feel this boat needs a good home, where it will get the attention it deserves. The boat is not set up to start and run, so is being sold as-is, with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible to pick it up or arrange and pay for any shipping. Bill of sale for boat and trailer will be provided along with all current Idaho registration paperwork, current for 2020. Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
