Great ski/speed boat perfect for the family for tubing, skiing, or just jetting around. It was fully serviced by a boat dealer last year. I never got it on the water this year so I think it is time to let it go. Low hours and it is stored inside each winter/fall. Engine works great and I have replaced other components as needed. The back bench pad and seat has some rips/cracks and really needs reupholstered. The decals need to be replaced as well but overall the boat is in great shape.Great family fun! I have some skies and life jackets I could throw into the deal too.
Year: 2005Length: 21'Brand/Model: Larson Stanza 206Hours: Low - no meter but I would estimate 150 hoursEngine: Mercury 5.0LHP: 220Passengers: 10Type: Open bow speed boatHull: Fiber GlassWeight: 2925 lbsIncluded: Bimini top, cover, trailer
Known Issues:
- Back pad and rear seat cracks and one good size rip. Really should be upholstered.
- Chips in the gel coat. I really never noticed it until I got under the boat and discovered a series of chips in the gel coat. Thought about fixing it myself after watching some videos but might be out of my league.
- Tires hold air but they are old and starting to dry rot. Ok for local travel but might be a safety issue for a longer trip
- Gauges. The speedometer and trim gauge stopped working. This might be an easy fix. The rest of the gauges operate fine.
- Other minor issues include: one speaker might be bad since the CD/radio doesn't sound good when turned up to loud, missing snaps on cover and few small tears, one rim wheel doesn't match (looks like a spare)
The dealership up at Indian Lake (Ohio)offered $11,000 for a trade-in. I decided not to get a new boat so I am putting up on classifieds board. The NADA price $12,090 (average) and $10,595 (low).
I took the boat out in March and everything run great. Here is a video I took in March.
