2001 Larson Cabrio 254 used in fresh water. 300 HP, fuel injection, brand new block, changed this summer. 25 hr on the engine. Manifolder and Risers, Sea pump, Water pump, Alternator, 8 fuel injection changed this summer as well. Boat starts right up and runs excellent. Alpha Bravo 3 in very good condition. Trailer included in good condition, it has electric winch brand new.It sleeps 5 people, has 2 rooms, kitchen, table, refrigerator, bathroom and shower, stereo.The Boat has no issues in the water. Brand new Navigation Garmin.What the boat does need, the speed gage and fuel gage and anchor needs to be connected.The Stove needs to be replaced and fenders for the trailer need to be replaced. I'm selling the boat because I don't have time for it.
