1987 21.5 LARSON CUDDY CABIN!This boat has always been professionally maintained since my ownership over the last 10 plus years with all receipts to show the work that has been completed. The boat belonged to my girlfriend's father before I purchased it. Many upgrades over the past few years include all new wood flooring, new carpet, all seats and engine cover have been professionally reupholstered. Bimi top/Cover was completely reupholstered about two years ago and professionally maintained since. New Captain's seat has been installed last year. This season, 2021, the boat was given a complete tune up, installed 2 new batteries, alternator, and has been cleaned, waxed, and bottom painted, etc. It has a 200HP Mercruiser Engine that runs strong. I have truly cared for and babied this boat to the best that I could. Teak has been sanded and stained every year as well.***PLEASE READ***The reason I am selling the boat is because the engine compartment began to take on some water this season. The engine is fine and was not submerged, however the well took on more then it should. I have tried to have this checked out, however due to covid and how busy my mechanic has been, I have decided to sell the boat "AS IS" due to this issue which I am fully disclosing and I did want to go bigger to fit the family. I would prefer to sell the boat before the winter so that I do not have to winterize it and let it sit. To my knowledge the boat has two issues: 1)The source of the water intake must be determined and corrected. 2) I did install a new Bilge Pump as well as replace the switch on the dashboard this year however when the water came in, it burnt out the bilge pump- so it will need a new bilge pump.If interested, please feel free and I suggest you come to view the boat with your mechanic. If these issues are corrected, it has been a great boat that we have made many many memories on.
