Payment, in full, is when auction closes. Please note: A $399 fulfillment processing fee will be added in addition to the winning bid amount. We reserve the right to relist or sell to another person if auction winner fails to meet any of the deadlines including full payment at auction close.

---- We will refund your money within 5 days of receipt of payment if the boat was not described accurately, but once you take possession of the boat and/or title there is no longer a refund available. There will be no refunds after 5 days of payment received or once you take possession of the boat or take possession of the signed title from the boat owner even if you decide not to transfer the boat into your name or you have a change of heart before or after you take possession of the boat and/or title or do not take boat or title at all.

---- Please fully inspect the boat with or without a mechanic before taking possession of the boat and within 5 days of payment. We also offer no warranty or refunds once you take possession of the boat or title or have a change of heart and decide not to take the boat. All sales are final and "as is,"

Restocking fee: There will be a $399 restocking fee if you decide not to purchase the boat "as is."
